1. Flat Fee Shipping Across India

We offer FLAT FEE SHIPPING on orders within India.

Also there is FREE shipping offer on eligible orders or as part of various campaigns during different time periods ( watch product page details for eligibility )

We will soon be offering global shipping in selected regions ( watch this space for updates)


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Within Lucknow City: Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
  • Within Uttar Pradesh: Orders are delivered within 2-7 working days.
  • Outside Uttar Pradesh: Orders are delivered within 4-14 working days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, political disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Delivery Schedule

Our courier partners deliver orders Monday through Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.


4. Factors Affecting Delivery

Delivery may take longer due to:

  • Bad weather conditions.
  • Political disruptions or strikes.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you via email or SMS. Please ensure you check your messages regularly for updates.


5. Address Change Policy

  • Address changes are accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
  • The new address must be within the same state as the original address.

12. Delivery During Holidays or Disruptions

  • No deliveries are made on National HolidaysSundays, or during events like floods, heavy rains, bandhs, curfews, or traffic jams.
  • In such cases, deliveries will be rescheduled to the next working day.

13. Courier Partner Terms

All deliveries are subject to the Terms and Conditions of our courier partners. While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, or other logistical challenges.


14. Non-Binding Delivery Dates

The estimated delivery date provided is non-binding and depends on product availability and the destination. Your order may be delivered a day prior or after the estimated date.


15. No Redirection of Deliveries

Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed or redirected to another location.


16. Packaging and Dispatch

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.


17. Delivery Exceptions
